On our ICAEW three year programme the whole Kalculus team will get involved in your training. Support, coaching, and mentoring will help you develop into an experienced professional, with exceptional accounting, audit, and business advisory knowledge and skills. You’ll also get paid study leave while you work and study for your ACA.
Qualification with a small to medium sized firm means you’ll be exposed to every area of general practice, rather than one small section of an audit file. We offer a hands-on SME experience. Many of the Kalculus Principals were once trained this way!
We are looking for enthusiastic graduates who want to learn, have a keen eye for detail, and are good at time management. Our Graduates quickly become one of the faces of Kalculus, so we need good communicators who are able to liaise with clients effectively.
We will consider any degree subject but ask that you obtain a 2:1 or above. We’d like you to have A levels equivalent to 120 UCAS points or above, and grade 6 or above in Maths and English at GCSE. We will look at your academic results alongside your personal characteristics and soft skills which we consider to be of equal importance.
