On our ICAEW three-year programme, everyone at Kalculus will get involved in your training. Support, coaching, and mentoring will help you develop into an experienced professional, with exceptional accounting and business advisory knowledge and skills. You’ll also get paid leave while you study for your ACA.
Qualifying with a small to medium-sized firm means you’ll be exposed to every area of general practice. We offer a genuinely hands-on SME experience, and many of the Kalculus Principals were once trained this way.
We are looking for enthusiastic graduates who want to learn, have a keen eye for detail, and excel at time management. Our trainees quickly become one of the faces of Kalculus, so we need good communicators who are able to liaise with clients effectively.
We will consider any degree subject but ask that you obtain a 2:1 or above. We’d like you to have A levels equivalent to 120 UCAS points or above, and grade 6 or above in Maths and English at GCSE. We will look at your academic results alongside your personal characteristics and soft skills, which we consider to be of equal importance.
